    SHIPPING & RETURNS

    Shipping Policy

    Our shipping charge within New Zealand is $5.50 for standard postage.

    If you would like your parcel tracked there is additional charge of $2.00.

    For a Courier Post Service with tracking the charge will be $10.00.

    For a Courier Post Service with Signature the charge will be $15.00

    Our shipping charge to Australia is NZ $10.00 for international air freight.

    For a Courier Post Service with tracking the charge will be NZ $20.00.

    ​

    Our shipping charge to the United Kingdom is NZ $15.00 for international air freight.

    For a Express Courier Post Service with tracking the charge will be NZ $50.00.

    At this time we process all our World Wide orders via e-mail due to each countries individual postal weights.

     

    All our orders are sent via NZ Post / Courier services ensuring prompt and safe shipping all around New Zealand. Orders can be delivered to your home, work or to any other nominated address in New Zealand. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

    If you are not at home during the day you may consider delivery of your parcel to a more secure address.

    Orders placed before 12am (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched on the same day, subject to stock availability.

    Orders placed after 12am during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

    Our aim is to dispatch within 24 hours after receipt of payment. If there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you.

    Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to RD addresses.

     

    Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Queens Birthday, Mother’s Day, etc there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.

    Please note no orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    ​We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase and that it arrives to you in perfect condition.  However, should you experience a problem with your order please notify us immediately info@pure-element.co.nz

    Damaged Packages

     We fully accept responsibility for properly packaging and addressing your parcel. If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are helpful.

    Lost Packages

    If you experience a tracked package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail courier in an attempt to track down the package.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any un-tracked lost or stolen packages. We cannot take responsibility when a tracked item has been registered as delivered.

    Safe Arrival

    Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package is delivered to an area that you feel safe with it being left at.

    If you are concerned with the security of your package please facilitate your order being delivered with a full fast way tracked courier service with a confirmation signature.

    Mix up

    If by the off chance we sent you the wrong product please let us know immediately. We will arrange for courier collection (red bag exception) of the order and then send you the correct product. All returns must be returned in their original condition, un-used and un-opened.

    Guarantee

    If you are not completely satisfied with your order we are more than happy to offer a refund or make an exchange as long as you return it to us with 14 days, unopened, unused and in its original condition.  Return shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Pure Element takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. Your complete customer satisfaction is important to us and we are committed 100% to addressing any issue’s you may have.

    Privacy & Safety

    We currently use Paypal, an industry leader, as our payment gateway. All transactions go directly through Paypal, where they are securely encrypted and processed on their servers. Pure Element never sees or has access to your private financial information.
